Bruce Cramer is a director in the Lake Oswego, Oregon office of Bates Private Capital, an LECG company, where he uses his extensive background in the retail brokerage securities industry to consult and provide expert witness testimony on financial matters involving account performance and analysis, asset allocation, employment issues, compliance and supervision, branch office administration, and sales practices. Mr. Cramer was a senior vice president and producing branch manager for Wells Fargo Investments, LLC, Ragen MacKenzie, where he served the dual role as supervisor to registered representatives and as a producing broker servicing 270 accounts for high net worth individuals. He was also the regional sales manager for the retail brokerage firm, supervising the Eugene and Bend, Oregon branch offices.
Mr. Cramer spent 17 years with Salomon Smith Barney in the Portland, Oregon office, serving as vice president and financial consultant as a full service broker to over 300 individual accounts. During this time, he periodically served in additional roles as assistant branch manager, branch fixed income coordinator, and branch equity coordinator. Mr. Cramer began his career as a registered representative with Merrill Lynch in 1977. |
