Bruce has served on Kadent's board of directors and as Kadent's President and Chief Executive Officer since it was acquired in January 2006. Bruce also serves as Kadent's Chief Operating Officer. Previously, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of SCIREX Corporation, a global pharmaceutical clinical research organization, reporting directly to the company’s board of directors prior to its sale. Bruce is a Certified Public Accountant and previously was the Chief Financial Officer of this company for a portion of his seven-year tenure. Bruce has substantial experience in the healthcare provider services industry, serving as the Chief Financial Officer for a number of large publicly traded providers, including an acute-care hospital management company, a rehabilitation services provider and a home health provider, ranging in annual revenue from $175 million to $1 billion. Bruce spent twelve years with Ernst & Young, last serving in their national accounting and auditing group addressing current accounting, auditing and SEC matters for the firm and its clients. He holds a BS in accounting from Villanova University. |
