Achieved greater efficiencies and lower unit costs through improving equipment maintenance, mining methods, labour negotiations, mill design, and mine safety.
Between 1992 and 2001, worked with Homestake Mining Company, as Mine Superintendent at David Bell Mine, Ontario and Eskay Creek Mine, BC, and as General Manager at Snip Mine, BC and Lead Mine, South Dakota, including successful mine operations and closure.
Accomplished reduced costs and increased productivity through improvements to mining methods, safety programs, reclamation and environmental programs.
