Mr. Bowland is EODT’s Director of Finance. He has been involved in counseling businesses, over the last 24 years, regarding their accounting systems, reporting of costs to the Federal Government, design of accounting systems and assistance in audits. Many of those audits were performed by the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). He has provided support to government contractors by developing accounting systems, assisting in cost accounting and compliance filings, preparing claims and requests for equitable adjustments (REAs) as well as supporting audits of Federal Government contracts and subcontracts. Mr. Bowland assisted in the implementing of accounting systems utilizing the Uniform Business Structure (UBS). He oversaw, managed, and performed those activities. |
