Bruce T. Bauer joined InteleNet in September 2006, as its Director of Strategy and Corporate Development. Mr. Bauer is charged with managing InteleNet’s corporate strategy to identify business, sales and development opportunities and driving InteleNet’s ongoing initiatives. Prior to joining InteleNet, Mr. Bauer practiced law with a focus on the representation of financial institutions both in transactional and litigation matters. Mr. Bauer practiced with Aldrich & Bonnefin, LLC., where he was a member of their Operations and Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Bauer was a trial attorney and a featured speaker for the Firm’s Banker’s Compliance Group. He has also received an AV rating, the highest peer rating from Martingdale-Hubbell. Mr. Bauer earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where he externed with the Honorable Federal Bankruptcy Court Judge Alan Ahart. Mr. Bauer received his undergraduate degree in Political Science, and a minor in Asian Studies, from California State University, Long Beach, where he graduated with departmental honors. |
