Bruce oversees the planning, implementation and optimization of all Certiport technologies and information systems. Bruce has held similar manager and executive positions for academic, commercial, government, and military organizations. He has extensive experience in corporate and public education, learning management and delivery systems, corporate information strategies, management database information systems, telecommunications processes, web-based applications, and high-risk program development. He has a solid background in the start-up and turnaround of education-and-information-technology-based businesses. Bruce was awarded CIO Magazine's annual CIO 100 Award in August 2000 while he was Chief Information Officer for the American Management Association. He has a BS Degree in Computer Science and Administrative Sciences, and graduate work in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University. |
