Dr. Bruce Allen is an internationally recognized expert in transportation economics and a Professor of Business, Public Policy, Regional Science and Transportation at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also the Director of the Wharton Transportation Program. His consulting expertise includes: freight demand theory, impact of transit investments, physical distribution management/business logistics, railroad and motor carrier economics and transportation regulation.
