Mr. Klein is a practicing attorney with over twenty years of combined private practice and in-house experience focusing on corporate and commercial transactions, structured financings, mergers and acquisitions and employment matters, as well as serving as outside general counsel to a number of companies. From 1998 to 2003 he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Interliant, Inc., a publicly traded technology company where in addition to his responsibilities for the company’s legal matters, he played a lead role in executing upon an extensive acquisition strategy which involved more than twenty-seven acquisitions in a twenty-four month period. Mr. Klein is admitted to practice law in New York and Massachusetts and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Rutgers University and a law degree from Western New England College School of Law. |
