R. Bruce Andrews (since 1989)-Mr. Andrews, 66, served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company from September 1989 until his retirement in April 2004. He had previously served as a Director of American Medical International, Inc., a hospital management company, and served as its Chief Financial Officer from 1970 to 1985 and its Chief Operating Officer in 1985 and 1986.
