Bruce M. Schloss is counsel to the firm and practices in the firm’s Corporate, Business and Securities practice group.
Mr. Schloss has extensive experience representing both public and private companies in all aspects of corporate representation including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, bank financings, joint ventures, licensing and distribution arrangements, shareholder and employment agreements, corporate governance and other commercial matters. He has represented both issuers and underwriters in a broad range of corporate financing transactions, including initial and secondary equity and debt offerings and private placements.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Schloss served as Vice President and General Counsel of a publicly-traded New York-based diversified manufacturing concern.
Mr. Schloss is a graduate of Queens College of the City University of New York (B.A. 1977) and St. John’s University School of Law (J.D. 1980).
Mr. Schloss is a member of the Business Law section of both the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association and a member of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the American Corporate Counsel Association. |
