Biography As Managing Director of the Investment Banking Division, Bruce brings 22 years of Wall Street experience to MICG. Bruce is responsible for managing MICG Capital Advisors, which is the Corporate Finance Group for MICG Investment Management.Bruce has participated in dozens of Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions. He has interacted and developed relationships with hundreds of Institutional Investors, including Hedge Funds, Venture Capital Funds, Private Equity Funds, and Senior and Subordinated Debt Lenders.In addition, his network of Corporations and Professionals continue to generate referrals for sourcing and executing Investment Banking transactions for both Public and Private companies. Bruce has advised companies in the technology, enterprise software, business services, consumer products, and life sciences industries. In addition to raising capital for direct investments into public and private companies, Bruce has advised and helped raise capital for new venture capital funds.Bruce graduated from New York University with a degree in accounting. He holds his Series 7, 24 General Securities Principal, 63 & 54 Municipal Securities Principal licenses.Bruce resides in New York City and has two daughters Ariel and Elana.
