Bruce H. Haglund has been Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since August 2004. He is a partner in the law firm of Gibson, Haglund & Paulsen in Irvine, California, where he has practiced corporate and securities law since 1980. His emphasis in his legal practice is general corporate and securities law, primarily representing public and private emerging growth companies, and he has been general counsel, a director, and corporate secretary to numerous public and private companies.
Mr. Haglund received his law degree from the University of Utah College of Law in 1979 where he was an associate editor of the Journal of Contemporary Law and a William O. Leary Scholar. Mr. Haglund earned the highest rating of the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory (AV) in legal ability, ethical standards, professional reliability, and diligence. |
