Bruce F. Boggs is senior vice president and president, Americas for IMS Health (NYSE: RX), responsible for IMS operations in the U.S., Canada and Latin America. He joined IMS in August 2002 as senior vice president of U.S. Sales.
Before joining IMS, Boggs was general manager of the Americas and vice president of sales for IBM's Personal Computer Division, a $4.3 billion business based in Westchester County, N.Y. Prior to that, he held roles of increasing responsibility at IBM, including general manager of Healthcare for North America, general manager of the Southwestern U.S. and corporate director of Strategic Development.
From 1982 to 1993, he served in a variety of marketing and management positions in Atlanta, Westchester County and Houston. Boggs joined IBM in 1976 as a sales representative in Columbia, South Carolina.
Boggs holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina. |
