Bruce Peetz joined Trimble in June 1988 and has held a variety of positions, including program and engineering management, and directing product development in both Surveying and Mapping. In January 1996, he was appointed general manager of Land Survey, and general manager of Systems Integration in 1998. In November 1998, Peetz was named vice president of Advanced Technology and Systems. Peetz was responsible for the integration of technologies that provide systems solutions as well as advanced technology efforts that were formerly a part of Trimble Labs. He also led the development of core software that may be leveraged across product lines.
Prior to joining Trimble, Peetz was a research and development manager at Hewlett-Packard.
Peetz received his B.S. in electrical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He has more than 25 years experience in electronics, software, measurement and business. |
