Bruce Kiddoo joined Maxim in September 2007 as Vice President of Finance. Mr. Kiddoo brought the Company many years of experience in financial management. He held several senior-management positions at LSI Logic Corporation, and was most recently the Vice President and Corporate Controller at Broadcom Corporation. In his current position as Vice President, Mr. Kiddoo has global responsibility for the Company's finance and information technology organizations. He oversees the daily operations of finance, accounting and reporting, tax, treasury, investor relations, information technology, and production planning. Mr. Kiddoo holds a BS degree in Applied Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the College of William & Mary. |
