Bruce Teplitzky was named Executive Vice President, Business Development in 2005 after previously serving in the role of Senior Vice President, Strategic Business Development.
In his current position, Mr. Teplitzky directs PRA’s proposal and contracts management, marketing and strategic business development activities.
A 20 year veteran of the drug development industry, Mr. Teplitzky joined PRA in 1996 as vice president of operations and regional director where his duties included overseeing the company’s Charlottesville Trials Management Center. In addition to his operational and business development experience, Mr. Teplitzky possesses an extensive background in clinical research and administered several global programs while working in the United Kingdom for Corning Besselaar. He also worked in clinical research at Stuart Pharmaceuticals (now AstraZeneca).
Mr. Teplitzky is an annual speaker at the Drug Information Association Conference, where he conducts panel discussions on program management and outsourcing as it relates to clinical drug development. Mr. Teplitzky earned his M.M.Sc. degree in at the Emory University School of Medicine. He received his B.S. degree from Emory University in Biologic Sciences. |
