Bruce A. Beal, Jr., is an Executive Vice President of Related. Mr. Beal joined Related in 1995, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day acquisitions and development process for projects throughout the country, including acquisition, finance and construction activities. In addition, Mr. Beal oversees the existing portfolio of residential and commercial properties that are managed by Related Management as well as new acquisitions and development for the Related Affordable division.

He graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. Beal is on the Advisory Board of Harvard University's Taubman Center for State and Local Government and serves on the Board of Directors for the Village Alliance/Business Improvement District and the Board of Homes for Working Families.
