Brooks G. O'Neil was appointed as a director on January 23, 2003, and elected by our shareholders at the 2005 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. O'Neil recently rejoined Dougherty & Co. as a Senior Research Analyst covering areas of growth and change in health services. He was employed by Dougherty & Co. as a Senior Research Analyst covering health care services from January 2004 until January 2006. Mr. O'Neil was a Senior Research Analyst for health care services at Avondale Partners, LLC from January 2006 to October 2006. From March 2002 until January 2004, he served as a principal of TripleTree, LLC, an investment-banking firm focused on information technology and health care. Prior to that, Mr. O'Neil was a Managing Director at Piper Jaffray where for 15 years he served as an institutional equity salesman, health care research analyst and investment banker. |
