Brooks joined ELA Group, Inc.’s, State College office in January 2002 and serves as a Project Engineer. His responsibilities include, storm water management facility design, floodplain analysis, erosion and sediment control plan preparation, traffic and transportation engineering and planning, retaining wall design, and construction administration and observation for land development and subdivision planning.

Interests: Brooks enjoys spending time with his family. He is an enthusiastic hunter, who, when not hunting, finds time for woodworking and woodcarving. He particularly likes to make muzzleloading and other hunting accruement, including hunting knives, turkey calls and powder horns. Brooks also enjoys raising quail.
