A. Brooke Seawell has served as a director of NVIDIA since December 1997. Mr. Seawell has been a Venture Partner at New Enterprise Associates, a venture capital investment firm, since January 2005. From February 2000 to January 2005, Mr. Seawell was a Partner of Technology Crossover Ventures. Mr. Seawell acted as an independent consultant to several technology companies from 1999 to 2000. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Seawell was Executive Vice President of NetDynamics, Inc., an application server software company. From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Seawell was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Synopsys, Inc., an electronic design automation software company. Mr. Seawell also serves on the Board of Directors of Informatica Corporation, a data integration software company, and several privately held companies. Mr. Seawell holds a B.A. degree in Economics and an M.B.A. degree in Finance from Stanford University.
