Brooke Levy is an associate in the firm's Corporate, Securities & Tax Group. Her experience encompasses a wide range of corporate and securities matters, such as drafting and negotiating stock and asset purchase agreements, advising companies and underwriters in connection with the issuance of equity and debt securities in public and private offerings, drafting registration statements, prospectuses, private placement memoranda, and other offering materials, and drafting charters bylaws, operating agreements and other organizational documents for newly formed entities. Ms. Levy is admitted to practice in Illinois. She attended the Northwestern University School of Law, where she received her law degree, cum laude, in 2004. She received her B.A. in Spanish and Economics, with highest honors, from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001.
