Brook Carlon was named Senior Vice President Human Resources in May of 2007. As a member of the QuadraMed senior management team she provides overall strategic and operational HR leadership for the Company to ensure alignment with corporate goals and values.
Ms. Carlon has more than 15 years of human resources management experience with expertise in such areas as international compensation program and process design policy development vendor relationships and development of cross-cultural initiatives and practices between domestic and international employee/management populations. She has significant experience leading HR functions during times of growth and an extensive knowledge of state federal and international employment law.
Most of Ms. Carlon's career has been spent in the high-tech industry to include serving as Vice President of Human Resources for M. Transaction Services a national healthcare electronic data interchange service provider and subsidiary of Misys PLC. Prior to moving into high-tech organizations she spent time working in the healthcare industry in both home health and hospital settings.
Brook Carlon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University and earned her MBA from Regis University. She was awarded a Certificate in Human Resources Management from California State University Hayward and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources designation. Ms. Carlon is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management. |
