Brock Wilson is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Orange County. Brock is a member of the Intellectual Property, Media & Technology Department, where he concentrates his practice on patent litigation and counseling.
Brock has experience representing clients in cases involving a broad range of electrical and mechanical arts, including patented technology in mp3 players, flash memory, GPRS/EDGE handset power control, athletic footwear, web-based business interfacing, plasma flat panel displays, and disk drives.
Brock earned his master's of science degree in electrical engineering with an emphasis on digital signal processing and intelligent information systems and his bachelor's of science degrees in electrical and computer engineering.
He received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and while in law school, he was the managing editor of the Journal of Technology Law & Policy.
