Mr. Garland joined CMA in 2001 and currently manages CMA‘s lead generation practice. He has overall responsibility for the delivery of qualified leads to CMA’s clients. Mr. Garland has over 35 years of marketing, telemarketing, customer service and writing experience. Prior to joining CMA, Mr. Garland was an account executive, client service manager and call center manager for 12 years with Health Cost Consultants, where he successfully managed customer support for major insurance firms. Mr. Garland has also been employed as an import manager for Thyssen Stahlunion, a German steel manufacturer, and Regal Accessories, a clothing importer, in New York City. As a freelance writer and critic he has had more than 200 articles published, and is the author of War Movies, a concise history and guide to the film genre. Mr. Garland served six years in the Army Security Agency as a German translator. He graduated from the Defense Language Institute and attended New Jersey City University. |
