Brittany joined the STG Retail Direct team in September of 2007 to help facilitate the growth of STG into a market leader in the consumer packaged goods industry. Prior to joining STG Retail, Brittany worked for OSI Outsourcing in their customer service call center. During this time she was able to learn the complex tasks of dealing with often irate customers. She was recognized for her ability to help work through problems calmly and professionally. During her first year at OSI she was placed on several high profile customers and eventually was promoted to a senior account representative for the divisions highest profile customer. Having proven herself as a highly effective manager, in 2006 she was promoted to a team management position. In this position she managed a team of 150 customer service representatives. Her job requirements included hiring, training and managing a very diverse team of professionals. Her wealth of customer service experience, in depth knowledge of call centers and project management skills have enabled her to be an integral part in the growth and success of STG Retail Direct. |
