Brion Bickerton, Partner in Major, Lindsey & Africa's Boston office, co-founded Bickerton & Gordon in 1988. When Bickerton & Gordon merged with MLA in late 2004, Brion helped to establish MLA's office in Boston.
Previously, Brion practiced as a corporate associate with the Boston-based firm of Bingham Dana. He spent several years in Bingham's London office where he focused on international matters. Brion also served as general counsel for an infrastructure project development company with operations in Eastern Europe. Prior to his legal practice, he clerked in the Federal District Court and was chief law clerk in the Superior Court of Massachusetts.
Brion has been a frequent speaker and writer on issues relating to the legal marketplace. Brion is often sought after by the media to comment on issues affecting the legal market. Most recently, he authored a section on ''Hot Practice Areas'' for the ABA published book on Careers for the Young Lawyers Section.
