Brion Umidi has over 16 years experience in the financing and operation of growing companies. He joined ReGen in July 2002 and acted as a consulting CFO for ReGen Biologics, Inc. since 2000. Prior to joining ReGen, Mr. Umidi was the founder and President of Umidi + Company, Inc., which provides professional accounting and financial management services to growing companies. Before forming Umidi + Company, he was the CFO, Vice President of Finance and Administration, and Treasurer of APACHE Medical Systems, Inc. In addition, he is a former commercial finance loan officer with the Mercantile Safe Deposit and Trust Company in Baltimore, Maryland and a former auditor with MNC Financial, Inc. in Baltimore. He received his B.B.A. from Loyola College in Baltimore, where he majored in accounting and finance. |
