Briane Pagel, is a 1998 honors graduate of the Unversity of Wisconsin Law School. He practices family and consumer law, criminal defense, unemployment compensation and civil litigation including personal injury and contract actions and also currently holds certification as a public defender in Dane County. He has practiced in state and federal courts in Wisconsin and in the 7th Circuit (federal) Court of Appeals in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1995 with a bachelors degree in political science. He has taught high school law classes at Madison area high schools, participated in the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers mock trial at State Fair in 2000 and was awarded the Russell Bonfiglio Memorial Scholarship in 1995 and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award family law in 1997. |
