Brian Westphal serves as Vice President of Customer Service at COMSYS, with responsibility for all customer service functions including, IT operations, information systems supporting accounting operations, COMSYS Care, operational excellence, procurement, pay/bill, HRIS/payroll and credit & collections. Westphal possesses vast experience in IT and managing business processes, having served as the Vice President of Information Technology Services with Venturi prior to the merger with COMSYS.
Prior to COMSYS, Westphal served as Vice President of Finance and Administration with IKON Office Solutions. He also served as an Information Technology Manager, overseeing a team that provided IT support across district and remote offices.
Previously Westphal served as a Project Manager with the Computer Group and managed the creation and management of business procedures for accounting, product procurement, project management, service and sales. He also served in a number of senior financial and systems analyst positions at the Sonoco Products Company.
Westphal receive his Bachelors of Science in Computer Sciences, with a minor in Mathematics, from the University of Missouri and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.
