Brian Urbanski has over 16 years of Quality Control experience in the Avionics industry. As a certified Master Black Belt Brian manages all Six Sigma projects and is functionally responsible for IS&S software test engineers (V&V) process engineers quality engineers and production inspectors. Prior to joining IS&S in 1999 as Vice President of Quality Brian was site Master Black Belt for Raytheon Corporation and as Technical lead was functionally responsible for all process engineers and test engineers (11) in the final assembly and test area. As Project Engineer and Technical Excellence Black Belt for Allied Signal he successfully utilized the Six Sigma toolset to reduce cycle times reduce variation and increase yields on numerous programs resulting in estimated savings in excess of $1M/year. |
