Brian Sephton joined the Company in December 2004 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for the Company. Mr. Sephton previously worked for the Standard Bank Group a global emerging markets financial services group headquartered in Johannesburg South Africa. From 1999 until earlier in 2004 Mr. Sephton was employed as Senior Vice President with Standard New York Securities Inc. in Miami Florida with responsibilities for managing the activities of an office specializing in Latin American investment banking and investment advisory businesses. From 1997 to 1999 Mr. Sephton was managing director of Standard Bank Jersey Ltd a private bank with responsibilities for all aspects of the bank's business both customer-facing and operational. Mr. Sephton qualified and practiced both as a chartered accountant and an attorney in South Africa. |
