Brian brings the added benefit of in-house engineering estimates to Elaine Construction's estimating team. He will accumulate and analyze bid and pricing information as well as prepare detailed estimates with a particular emphasis on the engineering fundamentals for MEP systems. Brian will create spreadsheets, cost documentation, pricing and quantity analysis reports on preliminary and final project costs. He will communicate specific details effecting project costs including material selection, schedule and phasing plans. This is invaluable information for the entire project team. |
