His primary focus has been on helping senior executives discover, create, recreate and measure the human principles that guide organizations and the personal performance of their people. Brian has extensive experience in research design and in the analytical methods used to capture the voice of employees by reducing vast amounts of data into nuggets of prioritized, actionable information. He has been heavily involved in the utility, manufacturing and financial industries and has global consulting experience, having worked with clients in Europe, Canada and the USA.
Brian holds an MBA with a concentration in Marketing-Marketing Research from the Jacobs Management Center at the State University of New York at Buffalo and a BA in Psychology from Marquette University. |
