Brian received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management/Criminal Justin from Old Dominion University in 1985, and has over 25 years of experience in the community association industry, serving as a portfolio and on-site general manager for more than 18 of these years. He has training in dispute resolution and counseling and is a certified mediator. Brian is also a long time member of Community Association Management Institute (CAI), an active member of the Southeastern Virginia Chapter (SEVA-CAI) Programs Committee and the Virginia Legislative Action Committee, as well as co-founder of the Chesapeake Bay Area Manager’s Association, and a member of the Tidewater Builders Association. With experience in condominium, large homeowner associations, on site high-rise management, commercial properties and cooperatives, Brian is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable community association professionals in the Commonwealth of Virginia. |
