Brian Reach became a member of the Board of Directors in February 2004. Mr. Reach began his career in 1976 with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and became a CPA in 1980. More recently, he has served as the Chief Financial Officer for Globix Corporation, IPC Communications, Inc., Celadon Group, Inc. and Cantel Medical Corp. Mr. Reach has a wide range of corporate finance, restructuring and governance experiences, and has led financing efforts to raise over $1 billion during his career. He has also played key leadership roles in mergers and acquisitions, a leveraged recapitalization, debt restructurings and the development of controls for internal and external financial reporting. Mr. Reach graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Scranton. |
