Brian Ralph consults for Noel-Levitz from his post as vice president for enrollment management at Queens University of Charlotte (NC), where he is responsible for recruitment and retention. As a consultant, he specializes in recruitment and admissions processes, marketing and promotions strategies and marketing communications.
At Queens University of Charlotte, Dr. Ralph oversees admissions, student financial services, residence life, student activities, campus police, multi-cultural affairs and health and wellness services. He also co-chairs the University retention committee. Previously, Dr. Ralph served as vice president for enrollment management and marketing at Bethany College (WV).
Presentations and education: An excellent speaker, Dr. Ralph has presented on numerous occasions for the American Marketing Association and the Noel-Levitz North American Enrollment Management Institute, National Conference on Student Retention, and National Conference on Student Recruitment, Marketing and Retention. His presentations have covered a broad range of topics including enrollment development, marketing practices, and strategic partnerships. Dr. Ralph has completed the Institute for Educational Management at Harvard University. He received his Ph.D. in organizational communication and culture from Ohio University. |
