Brian is responsible for overseeing the treasury, payroll and financial reporting functions of Women's Health USA. He is also a founder of the company and sits on many of its subsidiary boards. Brian was Director, Financial Planning and Control at Value Health, Inc., a leading provider of specialty managed care benefit programs. In this capacity he was involved in all aspects of the Finance organization including financial reporting, budgeting, accounting policy, business operations and merger and acquisition activity. He previously held the position of Director, Internal Audit. Prior to joining Value Health in 1995, Brian was with Ernst & Young. In this capacity, he managed all aspects of client relationships and provided a full range of accounting, auditing and consulting services to many health care/managed care clients. Brian is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
