After spearheading the integration of CAAP and Wings, Brian Proctor was named President and Chief Operating Officer of Leading Edge Aviation Solutions in July of 2004. Brian joined CAAP, Inc. in 2000 after working at Transamerica Corporation and serving for six years in the US Army as an infantry and intelligence officer. At CAAP, Brian held several roles; Managing Director of AveMetrix Corporation, Consultant and Chief Operating Officer. Brian holds a BA degree in International Economics from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. |
