Brian O'Reilly is a Partner in Loeb & Troper's SED and Mental Hygiene Consulting Department. He has had audit and consulting responsibilities for numerous agencies providing education, habilitation, residential and health care services to the disabled. He also provides consulting services to many agencies providing foster care services.Mr. O'Reilly has an extensive background in reimbursement rate analysis, cost reporting, budgeting and appeals for Individual Residential Alternatives, Day Habilitation, Community Residences, Intermediate Care Facilities and Day Treatment programs, as well as Early Intervention, Preschool and School Age Education programs for children with handicapping conditions.Mr. O'Reilly entered public accounting in 1981 and has been actively engaged in health care ever since. He graduated from Adelphi University with a BBA degree in 1981. He received his CPA certificate in 1984 and is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has served on the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants' Committee on Accounting and Review Services and is currently a member of the New York State Consolidated Fiscal Reporting Interagency Committee on CFR Audit Standards. |
