Brian O’Callaghan joined NPS Pharmaceuticals in October 2007. His responsibilities include managing the company’s marketing, corporate and business development activities, as well as technical operations. Mr. O’Callaghan has a broad industry background within big pharma, biotech and the service sector. Previously, he was general manager of the cardiac safety and IVRS business units at Covance, a global clinical research organization, and North American regional business unit head for infectious diseases and transplantation/immunology at Novartis. Before that he worked in Europe as President & CEO of BioPartners, a biotech company based in Switzerland and various senior positions within Pfizer, Merck KgaA and Bayer. |
