Brian Miller is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Brian joined AES in 2001 and has served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, General Counsel for North America and Assistant General Counsel.
Prior to AES, Brian was counsel with the law firm Chadbourne & Parke, LLP.
He holds a JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a BA from Boston College in History and Economics. |
