Brian Martin joined American Capital in February 2002 as an Associate in the Los Angeles office and was promoted to Vice President in July 2006. Mr. Martin serves as a Board Member of FutureLogic, BarrierSafe Solutions International and Electro-Component Assembly. Mr. Martin also served as a Board Member of 3SI Security Systems. During the summer of 2005, he assisted in the opening of the Paris office of European Capital. Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. Martin worked in both the Technology Investment Banking Division and Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Robertson Stephens. At Robertson Stephens, Mr. Martin specialized in equity underwriting and mergers & acquisitions transactions for companies in a variety of technology sectors and real estate. |
