Mr. Loffman is a gradute of University of Arizona with a degree in Environmental Science. Mr. Loffman has experience in a diverse range of projects involving hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, modeling, and drainage studies. His project responsibilities have included modeling using HEC-RAS, ArcGIS, WSPG and HEC-1; preparing Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) and Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) applications; and designing improvements to storm drains and channels. Mr. Loffman has extensive experience in environmental consulting and has managed environmental site assessments for real estate transfers, bank loans, and redevelopment projects. He has been involved in the design and installation of groundwater and soil remediation systems including pump and treat, air sparging, soil vapor extraction, bioventing, high vacuum dual phase extraction, and in-situ circulation cell. Mr. Loffman has extensive experience in aquifer testing and the preparation of National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits and Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs). He is an active member in the following organizations: Association of State Floodplain Mangers (ASFPM), Floodplain Management Association (FMA) Arizona Floodplain Management Association (AZFMA); National Ground Water Association (NGWA). |
