Mr. LaRoche joined Raytheon Solipsys in June 2005 as Vice President and General Manager, bringing with him many years of engineering and program management experience. He is a 1983 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds an MS in Software Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Prior to joining Solipsys, Mr. LaRoche spent 17 years with the Lockheed Martin Corporation and held a wide variety of positions including Aegis Ship Integration Project Team Leader, Program Director for the winning Lockheed Martin CVN 77 Warfare System proposal and subsequent $500M execution effort, and Marketing Director for both the Homeland Security Solutions and Naval and Maritime Programs Groups. Also a Captain in the United States Naval Reserve and Surface Warfare Officer, Mr. LaRoche is currently assigned to Joint Forces Maritime Component Commander (JFMCC) Atlantic, supporting Second Fleet. He has 12 years of Naval Coastal Warfare Experience, including two as Commanding Officer of Inshore Boat Unit 17 and two as Commanding Officer of Mobile Inshore Undersea Warfare Unit 206.
