As Senior Vice President Americas Sales Lantz is responsible for managing all sales functions in the Americas business. Lantz has responsibility for approximately 50 percent of the business. Lantz spearheaded the re-organization of the sales team to focus on Pitney Bowes Software key vertical markets resulting in double-digit organic growth. Lantz began his career with MapInfo in 1996. He previously served as the Vice President of Global Business and Sales Development and Director of Public Sector Sales.
Prior to joining MapInfo Lantz was a Bids and Contracts Manager at Borland (formerly Ashton-Tate). He was also a member of the United States Secret Service for four years where he was responsible for the protection of the President Vice President and their families. Lantz holds a degree in criminal justice from Fairmont State University. He has served on the board of Baldwin Childcare Center and as a panel expert at numerous conferences focused on public safety and homeland security. |
