Brian Keith joined the Company as sole in-house counsel in 1999 and was appointed General Counsel and Secretary to the Company’s Board of Directors in 2002.
Mr. Keith has 19 years of experience as an in-house attorney in the oil and gas industry including 9 years with Halliburton Energy Services 3 years with Wood Group Petroleum Services and now 7 years with the Company.
He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma in 1981 graduating With Distinction and earning Phi Beta Kappa honors. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1986 and is an active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Mr. Keith also served in the United States Marine Corps for four years from 1974 to 1978. |
