As Chief Operations Officer, Brian provides technology leadership for IT infrastructure, product development and data center operations. He oversees operational functions throughout the company and designs and implements programs that strengthen the company's processes and increases efficiency. Brian is responsible for service delivery, technical operations, OSC operations, customer support, carrier management and Program Management. With more than 16 years of experience, Brian has worked in various sales and engineering positions for several of the nations top technology company's. Brian's experience working with large organizations and systems around the world, affords him an intimate understanding of the importance of performance and capacity through analytics, monitoring and reporting, making him invaluable to the QualityTech organization. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Bellevue University. |
