Brian Hunt joined ATA in September of 1990 and has served as the Company's Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He is also the Company's Chief Compliance Officer. Hunt was promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel in January 2005. In this role, he provides legal consultation for all areas of the Company's operations, including customer relations, human resources, labor relations, safety and D.O.T. (Department of Transportation) compliance.
Prior to joining ATA, Hunt spent six years practicing law with Indianapolis-based firms. A graduate of the University of Dayton, he received his law degree from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. Hunt has been active in numerous civic organizations, including serving on the board of directors of the Catholic Youth Organization. |
