As Corporate Director of Engineering, Brian Holt strives to facilitate exemplary hotel facility operations of LHM’s portfolio. His responsibilities include the operation and due diligence of hotel preventative maintenance programs, supervising franchise quality assurance projects and managing LHM’s corporate skilled trades. He consults with the VP and Regional Director on capital expenditures regarding building services or equipment replacement and provides the corporate office with a monthly quality assurance inspection report on each property.Brian Holt has over 10 years of hospitality, construction and remodeling experience. He most recently was Director of Engineering at the Hilton St. Louis Airport, where he coordinated a major $7 million renovation of the property. Prior to that, Holt served as Director for Doubletree St. Louis Westport, Holiday Inn Riverport, Marriott Madison West and the boutique Hotel Wilson (now Hotel Ruby Marie).Holt’s credentials include: AA Degree, Certified Engineering Operations Executive (CEOE) by the American Hotel & Lodging Association, City of St. Louis Class I Stationary Engineer’s License by the International Society of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, Section 608 EPA HVAC Universal Certification and Proctor Certification, Certified Energy Manager (CEM) by AEE, Certified Pool Operator (CPO) by the National Swimming Pool Foundation.He is also an active member of the local chapters of: IFMA (International Facility Management Association), PMI (Project Management Institute) and USGBC (United States Green Building Council)Brian Holt currently serves on the educational board for Vatterott Technical College in St. Ann & O’Fallon, MO. |
