Brian began with Johnson Capital in 2006. Brian is responsible for originating, underwriting and negotiating debt and equity structures through the capital markets. He adds value to his client's deals by identifying the best capital structure available in the marketplace. He has worked in high level sales and finance for more than a decade. He received his Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Clemson University in South Carolina and his MBA from the Daniel's College of Business at the University of Denver. Brian is active in the community participating in several philanthropies. He is a licensed Colorado real estate broker. He is active in ULI serving on the Young Leaders Group Committee. Brian has also served as a Zoning and Planning Commission for his municipality. He has also been active in NAIOP and ICSC. |
